Laying the Foundation Stone of the Wesleyan Methodist Methodist Chapel in the 1940s. Albert N Walton (b 1904 D1961) built the chapel on land belonging to No 7 The Green (his Mother's Home). He assisting JH Abell as he laid the first stone.
