A general view of the Dunstable Lime Co Ltd works at Sewell in the 1920s. The Telephone number was Dunstable 100!
The works were listed in the 1924 and 1928 Kelly's Directory, with the main offices at Houghton Regis.
In 1936 the Sewell Works were listed as being owned by British Portland Cement.
