During 2025 Lime Tree Primary Academy worked with the Houghton Regis Heritage Society to provide a History of Houghton Regis Timeline as part of a dedicated History Week. The pupils in each year group worked on a particular part of the Timeline and their work was presented at a History Week Assembly of the whole school, which was attended by Mrs Susan Lousada, HM Lord Lieutenant of Bedfordshire and the Town Mayor, Councillor Michelle Herber.
