2003 Depiction of an Anglo Saxon Settlement at Puddle Hill (Chalk Hill)

A fascinatingly detailed drawing by Tony Woodhouse depicting a 6th 7th century Anglo Saxon Settlement at Puddle Hill Houghton Regis. The drawing is based on excavations and research carried out by the Manshead Archaeological Society.

The buildings, animals and people are placed exactly where their remains were found at Puddle (Chalk) Hill, Houghton Regis.
