A post card view of a train approaching the Church Street Station, Houghton Regis (later in Dunstable) with Blows Down in the background.

The line ran to Welwyn Junction for over 100yrs. The passenger service was withdrawn in 1965 as part of the Beeching cuts, some trains did remain for freight between Dunstable and the Midland main line at Luton till 1990.
