Remains of the Pound possibly at the north west corner of the churchyard

In more recent times, the Pound is also said to have stood at the north west corner of the churchyard. Its remains are photographed here. It was demolished when the church wall was built. The date is uncertain, but a subscription fund for the wall was started in 1860.
