Councillor Robin Hines
Councillor Hines was a formal Civil Engineer with the Royal Navy, he first joined the Council in 1995 and become Mayor from 2010 to 2011. He was made Honorary Freeman of Houghton Regis in 2017. He had a vast knowledge of Houghton Regis and was a popular character in the Town.
