A post card view of the High Street in the 1930s.
The shops on the left were Mr Buck's bakery, Gravestocks grocery and post office, then cottages and King Street and Horsler's confectionery shop. On the right is the King's Arms Public House, which burned down n 1936 and rebuilt.
