Woodlands Avenue Houghton Regis in July 2007.
The Houses were built in 1948 by the then Luton Rural District Council. They won a Ministry of Health Regional Award in the 1950 for design and layout.
They are still very popular because of their pleasant surroundings and comfortable accommodation.
