Highly commended - Donna Pratt
You may already know Donna, she is a Houghton Regis woman through and through and she puts her all into your local hospital, the L& D.
Having worked at the L& D previously, Donna now manages the charity shop at the L&D including all the volunteers who keep it going. She also takes care of fundraising for the children's wards and handles social media for the entire L & D charity.
Donna’s job is not always that exciting, and she handles of a lot of the things behind the scenes. The hospital charity wouldn't last five minutes without Donna, and we are all grateful but us saying thank you is not enough.
Donna gives to everyone around her despite everything going on in her own life and she truly does deserve to be recognised. I know you will receive many nominations for wonderful people, but Donna does truly deserve it.
